After looking around to find a suitable location for our cluster, we found this treasure! A 4KvA transformer! To it's left is a 480-V breaker box, and to the right is a 208/110-V breaker box, unused! Notice the breakers are all off, and there is no conduit leaving this jewel.

The best part of this find is that it is in the room next to our target location.
